Managed services
This intense level of maintenance is offered to the private banking customers. Allshare also offer assistance in solving all operational IT problems, even if these problems are caused by non-Allshare components.
ITO (IT Outsourcing)
In this service level Allshare beside looking after the software, also looks after the hardware. Allshare delivers a full system, takes care for maintenance and controls and guarantees to the customer certain availability levels.
BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)
The most complete service level is BPO. The customer gives the responsibility for its back office away to the BPO supplier, who in return takes care for the operation of the business process. Allshare itself is not a BPO-supplier, but their partners do offer the Allshare Banking Solutions under BPO-conditions.
